Since its foundation, Triangle G H has always integrated an educational, social and/or psychosocial dimension within its programmes. In fact, its workers are convinced that another level of action is necessary beyond the material relief provided to the populations in need. In the regions where we operate, children, adolescents and their families need to be supported to overcome the disruption in their lives, the trauma they have just been through, their extreme status of refugee, displaced people or “returnees”, or the precariousness of their living conditions. Triangle systematically implements its socio-educational and psychosocial programmes in partnership with the local community and its human resources, who, through their involvement, often regain and rebuild their sense of identity.
