Position: Administrator
Base : South Algeria, sahraouis camps
Summary job description:
- Administrative management of the expatriate and national staff
- Administrative and financial management of the base and projects
- Make the monthly accounting of the mission and the current projects
- Manage the necessary and available financial liquid assets according to the priorities in coordination with the project managers and the head of mission
- Assure the administrative follow-up of the projects and the management of the budgetary resources of the various projects to present in a synthetic view to the project managers
- Assure the follow-up of administrative tools of the mission to be able to supply synthetic information to the head of mission and the HQ) : inventory, staff premises, procedures of purchase …
Job requirements :
- Experience and good knowledge of the humanitarian field (functioning of NGOs, donors such as ECHO, etc...),
- Competencies and significant experience (at least 1 year) in administrative and financial management
- Mastering administrative and financial tools and procedures
- Mastering logistics tolls and procedures (purchases, storage etc.)
- Mastering the various computer tools such as Excel, Word, Power Point, etc
- Ability to write up reports (excellent and treated written knowledge in French and English) and concern for good documents appearance
Status, conditions & duration:
- job status according to experience.
- Monthly perdiem of €360 + social benefits + housing in the field
- International and local transportation for work purposes
- 12 months contract
