Position: Security Logistician
Base: Sudan
Summary job description:
- The main objective of this post is to assure the implementation and the application of an effective and evolutionary security protocol, to limit the factor risk for the teams TGH and to allow the good progress of the activities.
- The security logistician guarantees the whole security device TGH in Sudan (connected to the security but also sanitary environment, use of vehicles etc.).
- Regular update of the security guidelines of the mission
- Guarantees the respect for safety instructions by all the teams
- Assures the follow-up of the functioning and the reliability of the equipments (communication & vehicles)
- Assures that the teams are integrated into the sanitary evacuation plans
- Follow and analyze the evolution of the security situation in Sudan
Job requirements :
- Experience and good knowledge of the humanitarian field (functioning of NGOs, donors such as ECHO, French Foreign Ministry etc...),
- Competencies and significant experience (at least 2 years) in humanitarian field, Including one year in unsecured context,
- Mastering the various computer tools such as Excel, Word, Power Point, etc
- Ability to write up reports (excellent and treated written knowledge in French and English) and concern for good documents appearance,
- Mastering written and oral English
- Ability to set training (knowledge/competencies transfer),
- Knowledge in Arabic if possible.
Status, conditions & duration:
- job status according to experience.
- Monthly per diem of SDG 1700 + social benefits + housing in the field
- International and local transportation for work purposes
- 6 months contract renewable
