Position: Capacity builder technical coordinator
Base: Sudan
Summary job description:
A - To support the empowerment process of our national staff
- Facilitate exchanges between the national and expatriate staff
- Facilitate the empowerment and initiative of the Sudanese senior staff.
- Define and implement the internal training policy. Formalize and\or update the objectives as well as the general methodology.
- Coordinate the trainings and the other internal participative workshops, supervise the trainers (national and\or expatriate)
- Collect and capitalize the training materials as well as the implemented methodology.
B - Strengthen the local capacities
- Strengthen the capacities of the local associations and the local committees present in our areas of intervention and operating in the water, sanitation and agriculture field.
- Support the creation of local groups related to water, sanitation and agriculture issues.
- Strengthen the links and the coordination between Triangle and ministries together with the technical coordinators (Wash and Agro) regarding the building of the local capacities
Job requirements :
- Experience and good knowledge of the humanitarian field
- Experience in capacity building
- Ability to set training (knowledge/competencies transfer), and to define training plans for different types of profiles
- Knowledge of community based approach tools
- Ability to write up reports (excellent and treated written knowledge in French and English) and concern for good documents appearance,
- Good command of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of Arabic would be a plus
