Employment conditions offered by Triangle:
- A monthly, gross salary of € 2 221 for Head of Mission positions
- A monthly, gross salary of € 2 121 for Deputy Head of Mission positions
- A monthly, gross salary of € 1451 or € 1921 (according to experience) for other positions
- Full insurance package, including repatriation and medical + provident scheme (disability benefit and death benefit);
- A daily living cost allowance paid monthly in the field, calculated according to the local standard of living;
- Accommodation;
- 12 working days of paid leaves + travel paid between field /home every six months;
- 7 days of rest offered after 3 months, 9 months, 15 months... of work on the field + a 'rest allowance'
- All visa and legal expenses for the country of expatriation;
- Expenses related to departure and debriefing (travel + accommodation);
- When applicable: advantages for family members (spouse/children) accompanying the expatriate in the field: social protection + travel expenses field/home once a year for spouse, allowance for accompanying children + independent accommodation
