Triangle is an “equal opportunities” employer. When you first join us, we offer an “overseas volunteer” contract lasting approximately 6 months.
After that, your contract is upgraded to a "customary fixed-term contract” (CDD Contrat d’Usage). To access the status of a fixed-term contract, your previous NGO experience working in the field is taken into account and can reduce the period when you are considered an “overseas volunteer”.

Both these contracts provide for:

• A monthly allowance of €850 during the volunteer period regardless of your position;
• A monthly, gross salary of €1721 for Head of Mission positions
• A monthly, gross salary of €1451 for other positions
• Full insurance package, including repatriation and medical + provident scheme (disability benefit and death benefit); 
• A daily living cost allowance paid monthly in the field, calculated according to the local standard of living;
  
• Accommodation in the country where you are working;
  
• 2 weeks paid leave + travel paid between field /home every six months;
  
• All visa and legal expenses for the country of expatriation;
  
• Expenses related to departure and debriefing (travel + accommodation);
  
• When applicable: advantages for family members (spouse/children) accompanying the expatriate in the field: social protection + travel expenses field/home once a year for spouse, allowance for accompanying children + independent accommodation
