Reporting
mechanism

As part of the implementation of its reporting mechanism, Triangle Génération Humanitaire (TGH) has adopted the following policies:

  • its Policy on the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA);
  • its Child Safeguarding Policy (CSP);
  • its Fraud Control Policy (FC).

In accordance with the principles of the Humanitarian Generational Triangle (TGH), any allegation or suspicion of illegal or inappropriate behaviour must be reported promptly.

To this end, reporting mechanisms have been set up within TGH, which are detailed below. These mechanisms include dedicated email addresses for reporting:

I. Policy on the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and Child Safeguarding Policy (CPP)

TGH has zero tolerance for any form of sexual abuse and/or exploitation targeting beneficiaries, members of communities in which we operate, or any other vulnerable person, regardless of whether the abuse is perpetrated by our personnel or authorized representatives acting on our behalf.

II. Fraud Control Policy (FCP)

TGH takes a zero-tolerance approach to any form of fraud, corruption and conflicts of interest, and this approach guides its procedures in terms of human resources, finance and logistics; the following document is a supplementary tool and must therefore be read in conjunction with other TGH guidelines and policies
