Support for civilian populations in Ukraine

The war in Ukraine continues and attacks remain constant.

The war in Ukraine continues, with constant attacks threatening the safety of the population and devastating the country’s energy infrastructure, plunging it into darkness. Civilians continue to flee to safer regions.

Since the beginning of the conflict, the TGH team has been working in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast to provide assistance to internally displaced people. Our two priorities have always been, and remain :

The support does not stop there. By combining field visits and remote communication, TGH carries out regular local monitoring to ensure that displaced civilians receive comprehensive guidance on essential services.

Recently, our team had the pleasure of welcoming Matthias Schmale, the United Nations’ Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator in Ukraine, to the Voloske transit centre. The meeting provided an opportunity to review the work that has been done so far and consider how to strengthen support programmes in Ukraine in future.
