    • 250 health, education and social workers ;
    • 313 children ;
    • 4,000 families.

Initially, in order to enhance the quality of diagnosis and referrals for patient care, TGH will focus on strengthening the skills of key players: 29 social workers, 2 people at the central MASPF level and 25 medical staff.

Secondly, TGH will seek to complete the training of MASPF and Ministry of Education staff to support children with special needs. CES/CHS and kindergarten teachers will take part in training to meet the socio-educational needs of children; and TGH will continue to build the skills of 27 educational staff on the inclusive education module initiated by HI (training of trainers). Community awareness-raising campaigns on the importance of inclusion and existing services for the care of EBS will also be developed in conjunction with social workers in each wilaya.

A third component will aim to strengthen the holistic management of BSE by creating synergies between the various ministries concerned.Spaces for coordination between the Ministry of Education, MASPF and MSP will be created, and will also involve NGOs and UN agencies to encourage better identification, orientation and management of EBS.
