In an emergency situation such as the conflict in Ukraine, Triangle Génération Humanitaire’s field teams are dedicated to supporting displaced and host communities, all of whom have been affected by the war.
However, an equally crucial part of TGH’s work in Ukraine focuses on capacity-building for the civil society organisations with which it carries out its operations.
Thus, over the summer, our team organised a collaborative workshop with its partners, The Tenth of April and Posmishka, to draw lessons from the project aimed at strengthening winter resilience and access to basic services for vulnerable populations, carried out with the support of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Crisis and Support Centre.

Since its founding, TGH has regarded these opportunities for retrospective reflection with its partners as a vital part of its humanitarian work. They provide a chance to take a step back in order to: share successes, analyse challenges and use these lessons to become ever more effective in supporting communities.
